Powder Coating Process

1. We’ll hoist your car up and separate any sensors or parts that will not be coated.

2. We soak your vehicle parts in a chemical bath that will remove oil, grease, dirt, old pant, or any other unwanted materials.

3. We’ll sandblast your parts to make sure that all impurities have been removed and our base is smooth before coating.

4. Once all excess materials have been removed from your parts, we’ll place it in our state of the art oven to prep the part for coating, preventing the possibility of outgassing occurring on the surface – removal of all air pockets or trapped gases.

5. Finally, after letting it cool to the perfect temperature, we’ll apply your chosen color and designs.
